I normally don’t do reviews but this Peri + Meno relief is a game changer. I was having night sweats + hot flushes middle of the night so restless sleep as well. Within days of starting this magic tablet they completely ceased and sleeping full nights again. Before starting on Peri + Meno Relief I was experiencing terrible anxiety especially in the evening, trouble sleeping and staying asleep and the occasional night sweats. If I still feel like I’m buzzing from a busy day an hour or so before bedtime, I’ll add a sachet of Sleep Superfood Powder to some soy milk, heat it up and snuggle up on the lounge for 1/2 hour or so letting the goodness of this warm hug for the body sink in and the tell tale signs of sleep start to take hold.
