We've watched friends, family, and colleagues navigate perimenopause and menopause with frustration, confusion, and a whole lot of unnecessary suffering. They were told to "just deal with it." They were given vague advice. They were sold products that promised the world and delivered nothing.

We couldn't accept that.

So we set out to find what actually works. We spoke to naturopaths, nutritionists, and women's health specialists. We researched the science, tested the products, and cut through the noise.

What's in a name

Taliso (tah-LEE-so) draws its name from an ancient blessing — a chant for good fortune, happiness, and new beginnings.

We chose it because we believe every woman deserves a blessing as she navigates life's changes.
